Random acts of Culture
Things are, of course, going badly downhill in Culture (in the UK) at the moment.
I keep comparing it to the late 1940s. But perhaps not so bright and cheerful.
I expect the Good Things we will look back on are comparable to Dior's New Look (i.e. creative, innovative, mostly overseas and not for the likes of us)
